CTE is staffed with highly, factory trained, technicians with years of OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment) and “small engine” experience. Each year our technicians are required, by the manufacturers we represent, to attend and pass update schools and certification tests. All of our technicians have not only passed these basic essentials but have voluntarily passed much higher levels of certification.
CTE provides maintenance and repair for all the brands of products offered for sale as well as many other brands we do not sell. Some OPE brand sold primarily through mass merchants partner with CTE as an “Authorized Service Center” to provide parts and service of their products.

Small Engine Brands CTE offers for sale and are authorized to service: BRIGGS AND STRATTON, HONDA ENGINES, KOHLER, KAWASAKI, SUBARU and TECUMSEH

Other major OPE brands CTE does not offer for sale but is an Authorized Service Center: BOLENS, Yard Man, Yard Machine, CUB CADET, TROY-BILT, POULAN, POULAN PRO and others.
While every attempt is made to complete all repairs in the shortest amount of time possible, CTE does give “Repair Priority” to those who choose to purchase their products from CTE. Furthermore, CTE customers may choose from a few different service plans that “Guarantee” the completion of the their products repair or CTE will provide them a “Free Loaner”.
